Cony Rams (Augusta, ME) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Rams face the Nokomis Warriors (Newport, ME) in a Class B - North challenge, on Friday, October 7. Cony will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 9-1 league loss to Winslow (Winslow, ME).

The Bulldogs now have a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winslow for a Class B - North challenge on Friday, October 7. Lawrence will face a Black Raiders team coming off a 4-0 league win over Oceanside (Rockland, ME). The Black Raiders record now stands at 10-0.
