In Tuesday's league contest, the Brantley County Herons (Nahunta, GA) softball team held off the visiting Tattnall County Warriors (Reidsville, GA), by a margin of 2-1.
With the triumph, Brantley County moves its record to 14-11 on the year. The Herons travel to Toombs County (Lyons, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a 2A Region 3 contest on Thursday, October 6.
