Arizona High School Volleyball - Dysart over Apache Junction

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Dysart Demons (El Mirage, AZ) and the visiting Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ), saw Dysart's volleyball squad beat Apache Junction by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Dysart upgrades its record to 6-8 on the year. The Demons host Cortez (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Colts in a 4A - Black Canyon bout on Wednesday, October 5. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Cortez lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Vista Grande (Casa Grande, AZ)

The Prospectors now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Vista Grande for a 4A - Black Canyon bout on Wednesday, October 5. Apache Junction will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Coronado (Scottsdale, AZ). The Spartans record now stands at 6-7.
