The Mars Fightin' Planets topped the host Blackhawk Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Fightin' Planets now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ambridge for a non-league test on Thursday, October 6.
The Cougars (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA). The enter the WPIAL 3A 4 test with a 3-10 record. In their last test, Lincoln Park Performing Arts dropped by Knoch (Saxonburg, PA), 3-0, in a league test.
