Texas High School Volleyball - Fruitvale overwhelmed by Boles

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Boles Hornets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Fruitvale Bobcats.

The Hornets (6-18) will now prepare for their battle against Cumby (Cumby, TX). The Trojans come into the 2A Region II District 12 battle with a 20-4 record. In their last battle, Cumby achieved victory over Como-Pickton (Como, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Bobcats clash with the Alba-Golden Panthers (Alba, TX) in a 2A Region II District 12 battle, on Friday, October 7. Fruitvale will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 13-15 record after their 3-1 league loss to North Hopkins (Sulphur Springs, TX).
