With the win, New Manna Christian upgrades its record to 8-5 on the year. The Wind host Victory Christian (Sylva, NC) to play the Cardinals in a NCCSA A District 1 bout on Monday, October 10. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Victory Christian won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Cornerstone Christian Academy (Statesville, NC)

The Crusaders now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Victory Christian for a NCCSA A District 1 bout on Friday, October 7.
