Utah High School Volleyball - Cyprus nudged by West

The Cyprus Pirates volleyball team (Magna, UT), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host West Panthers (Salt Lake City, UT)
The Panthers (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Granger (West Valley City, UT). The Lancers enter the 6A Region 2 challenge with a 3-12 record. In their last challenge, Granger was nudged by Taylorsville (Taylorsville, UT), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Pirates meet the Kearns Cougars (Kearns, UT) in a 6A Region 2 challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Cyprus will attempt to move on its 1-16 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hunter (West Valley City, UT).
