Florida High School Volleyball - Union County over Dixie County

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Union County Fightin' Tigers (Lake Butler, FL) and the visiting Dixie County Bears (Cross City, FL), saw Union County's volleyball squad beat Dixie County by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Union County upgrades its record to 16-5 on the year. The Fightin' Tigers host Williston (Williston, FL) to play the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 14-9. Williston won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Countryside Christian (Gainesville, FL)

The Bears now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they host Branford for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 6. Dixie County will play a Buccaneers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Newberry (Newberry, FL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 16-4.
