The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Rosman won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Owen (Black Mountain, NC)

The Mountaineers now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Rosman for a Western Highlands 1A/2A bout on Tuesday, October 4. Mitchell will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Mountain Heritage (Burnsville, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 7-9.
