North Carolina High School Volleyball - Forbush Surry Central

The Surry Central Golden Eagles topped the visiting Forbush Falcons volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Golden Eagles now have a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Wilkes for a Foothills 2A test on Thursday, October 6. Surry Central will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-1 league win over Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 11-8.

The Falcons (5-11) will now prepare for their test against East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC). The Cardinals enter the Foothills 2A test with a 15-3 record. In their last test, East Surry gained a win over Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC), 3-0, in a non-league test.
