The Ridgecroft Rams volleyball team (Ahoskie, NC), was dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Lawrence Academy Warriors (Merry Hill, NC)

The Warriors (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC). The Raiders enter the NCISAA Tarheel Independent challenge with a 21-4 record. In their last challenge, Pungo Christian Academy defeated Terra Ceia Christian (Pantego, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rams meet the Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC) in a NCISAA Tarheel Independent challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Ridgecroft will attempt to move on its 1-13 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC).
