The Westlake Christian Academy Eagles held off the visiting Schaumburg Christian Conquerors volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Eagles now have a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alden-Hebron for a non-league test on Friday, October 7. Westlake Christian Academy will confront a Green Giants team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Elgin Academy (Elgin, IL). The Green Giants record now stands at 1-16.

The Conquerors (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Willows Academy (Des Plaines, IL). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 8-5 record. In their last test, Willows Academy held off Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
