The Southern Indians volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting United Golden Eagles to 1 in the Indians league victory on Tuesday.

The Indians now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Palestine for a Eastern Ohio Athletic game on Thursday, October 6. Southern will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Academy for Urban Scholars (Youngstown, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-7.

The Golden Eagles (11-9) will now prepare for their game against Wellsville (Wellsville, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 17-1 record. In their last game, Wellsville defeated Columbiana (Columbiana, OH), 3-0, in a league game.
