The Spruce Timberwolves volleyball team (Dallas, TX), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX)

The Wranglers (13-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Poteet (Mesquite, TX). The Pirates come into the 5A Region II District 12 challenge with a 20-12 record. In their last challenge, Poteet defeated North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Timberwolves encounter the Adams Cougars (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Spruce will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 15-15 record after their 3-0 league win over Conrad (Dallas, TX).
