The Bruins (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Battle (Columbia, MO). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Battle went down by Fatima (Westphalia, MO), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jays encounter the Helias Crusaders (Jefferson City, MO) in a challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Jefferson City will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 16-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Nixa (Nixa, MO).
