The J.H. Rose Rampants volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Croatan Cougars to 0 in the Rampants non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Rampants now have a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Bern for a non-league game on Thursday, October 5. J.H. Rose will confront a Bears team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 1-12.
The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their game against Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 9-7 record. In their last game, Dixon dropped by West Carteret (Morehead City, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
