The Hendersonville Bearcats held off the host R-S Central Hilltoppers soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Wednesday's league match.
The Bearcats now sport a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Polk County for a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A match on Monday, October 9. Hendersonville will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Patton (Morganton, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-6.
