The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Bergen Tech Knights (Hackensack, NJ) and the host Clifton Mustangs (Clifton, NJ), saw Bergen Tech's volleyball squad beat Clifton by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Bergen Tech upgrades its record to 11-1 on the year. The Knights host Sparta (Sparta, NJ) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 13-0. Sparta won 2-1 in their recent league bout against West Morris Central (Chester, NJ)

The Mustangs now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they host Indian Hills for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. Clifton will play a Braves squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Westwood (Washington Township, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 3-9.
