In Wednesday's league battle, the host King & Queen Central Royal Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Charles City Panthers.

The Royal Tigers (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Middlesex (Saluda, VA). The Chargers come into the Tidewater battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Middlesex achieved victory over Carver College and Career Academy (Chester, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines (Chester, VA) in a Tidewater battle, on Thursday, October 5. Charles City will attempt to advance on its 1-14 season record. The Wolverines come into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Middlesex (Saluda, VA).
