The Paramus Spartans volleyball team (Paramus, NJ), went down 2-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ)

The Comets (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Westwood (Washington Township, NJ). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Westwood defeated Indian Hills (Oakland, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans encounter the St. Mary Gaels (Rutherford, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Paramus will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Gaels come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Wallington (Wallington, NJ).
