The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ) and the visiting Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ), saw Ramapo's volleyball squad beat Ridgewood by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Ramapo upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Raiders travel to Cresskill (Cresskill, NJ) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. The Cougars enter the test with a record of 9-1. Cresskill won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against New Milford (New Milford, NJ)

The Maroons (2-11) will now prepare for their test against Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Glen Rock was knocked off by Secaucus (Secaucus, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league test.
