Kaiser Cougars (Honolulu, HI) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders (Honolulu, HI), 24-12 in a league battle.

With the win, Kaiser advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Kaimuki (Honolulu, HI) to play the Bulldogs in a OIA II battle on Saturday, October 12. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 0-4. Kaimuki lost 9-7 in their recent league battle against McKinley (Honolulu, HI)

The Rough Riders now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Castle for a OIA II battle on Friday, October 11. Roosevelt will play a Knights team coming off a 42-21 league win over Kalani (Honolulu, HI). The Knights record now stands at 5-2.
