Utah High School Football - Maple Mountain prevails Springville

October 4, 2024: Spanish Fork, UT 84040

In Friday's league match, the host Maple Mountain Golden Eagles football squad scored a good 41-14 triumph over the Springville Red Devils.

The Golden Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Timpview (Provo, UT). The Thunderbirds come into the 5A Region 7 match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Timpview defeated Wasatch (Heber City, UT), 48-14, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Red Devils confront the Orem Tigers (Orem, UT) in a 5A Region 7 match, on Thursday, October 10. Springville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 7-1 record after their 45-16 league win over Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT).
