In Friday's league match, the host Sharpsville Blue Devils football squad scored a good 35-6 triumph over the Mercer Mustangs.

The Blue Devils (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Farrell (Farrell, PA). The Steelers come into the District 10 Region 1 match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Farrell defeated Kennedy Catholic (Hermitage, PA), 2-0, in a league match.
