Terryville Kangaroos (Terryville, CT) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Gilbert Yellowjackets (Winsted, CT), 8-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Terryville moves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Kangaroos travel to Northwestern Regional (Winsted, CT) to clash with the Highlanders in a Berkshire test on Tuesday, October 8. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 3-6. Northwestern Regional lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Housatonic (Falls Village, CT)

The Yellowjackets now sport a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host Lakeview for a test on Tuesday, October 8. Gilbert will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 4-6.
