The Yosemite Badgers got by the visiting Sierra Chieftains football team by a score of 20-14 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Badgers play the Riverdale Cowboys (Riverdale, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 11. Yosemite will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Cowboys go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 44-12 league loss to Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA).
The Chieftains (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Fresno Christian nipped Santa Clarita Christian (Canyon Country, CA), 30-18, in a non-league challenge.
