North Carolina High School Soccer - Sugar Creek knocks off Carolina International

October 4, 2024: Concord, NC 28027

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Sugar Creek Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 victory over the Carolina International Comets.

The Wildcats (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC). The Stallions go into the Metro Eight 1A outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Queen's Grant got by Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Comets play the Hickory Grove Christian Lions (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, October 10. Carolina International will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record.
