The Larchmont Charter Timberwolves volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Animo South Los Angeles Panthers to 0 in the Timberwolves league victory on Friday.

The Timberwolves (19-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Horace Mann UCLA Community (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers enter the Crosstown challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Horace Mann UCLA Community was beaten by Math & Science College Preparatory (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Stella High Charter Academy Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) in a Crosstown challenge, on Monday, October 7. Animo South Los Angeles will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Larchmont Charter (West Hollywood, CA).
