The Pewitt Brahmas prevailed the host Big Sandy Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's league game.

Next up, the Brahmas confront the Union Grove Lions (Gladewater, TX) in a 2A Region III District 18 game, on Tuesday, October 8. Pewitt will attempt to advance on its 7-16 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 8-20 record after their 3-1 league loss to Linden-Kildare (Linden, TX).
