The Bulkeley Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Weaver Beavers to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to Academy of Aerospace and Engineering for a Capital Region outing on Tuesday, October 8. Bulkeley will play a Jets team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Academy of Science and Innovation (New Britain, CT). The Jets record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Weaver drops to 6-6 on the campaign. The Beavers travel to Sports & Medical Sciences Academy (Hartford, CT) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Monday, October 7. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 4-8. Sports & Medical Sciences Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Rockville (Vernon, CT)
