With the win, Cuba-Rushford advances its record to 5-5 on the season. The Rebels travel to Chautauqua Lake (Mayville, NY) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 15-5. Chautauqua Lake won 3-0 in their recent league test against Westfield (Westfield, NY)

The Eagles now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Houghton Academy for a Section 5 Allegany County test on Tuesday, October 8. Fillmore will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cuba-Rushford (Cuba, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
