With the win, New Diana improves its record to 21-10 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX) to encounter the Mustangs in a 3A Region II District 13 test on Tuesday, October 8. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 18-14.
