Texas High School Volleyball - Garland over Rowlett

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Garland Owls (Garland, TX) and the host Rowlett Eagles (Rowlett, TX), observed Garland's volleyball team top Rowlett by a tally of 3-0.

The Owls (14-13) will now prepare for their contest against North Garland (Garland, TX). The Raiders enter the 6A Region II District 9 contest with a 7-14 record.

Next, the Eagles meet the Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Rowlett will attempt to upgrade on its 8-15 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 19-16 record after their 3-1 league loss to Wylie East (Wylie, TX).
