In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Taylorsville Warriors volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs.
The Warriors (4-18) will now prepare for their challenge against West Jordan (West Jordan, UT). The Jaguars come into the 5A Region 4 challenge with a 13-8 record. In their last challenge, West Jordan beat Hunter (West Valley City, UT), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 5. Judge Memorial Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT).
