In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Nicolet Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the West Allis Central Bulldogs.

The Knights (12-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Port Washington (Port Washington, WI). The Pirates come into the North Shore challenge with a 14-9 record. In their last challenge, Port Washington lost by Menomonee Falls (Menomonee Falls, WI), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Bulldogs face the Shorewood Greyhounds (Shorewood, WI) in a Woodland East game, on Monday, October 6. West Allis Central will attempt to advance on its 10-15 season record. The Greyhounds go into the game with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Dominican (Whitefish Bay, WI).
