Texas High School Football - Holmes crushed by Sotomayor

Sotomayor WILDCATS (San Antonio, TX) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Holmes Huskies (San Antonio, TX), 62-9 in a league battle.

With the win, Sotomayor improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The WILDCATS host Stevens (San Antonio, TX) to play the Falcons in a 6A Region IV District 28 battle on Friday, October 10. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 2-3. Stevens lost 24-21 in their recent league test against Warren (San Antonio, TX)

With the defeat, Holmes drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Harlan (San Antonio, TX) to meet the Hawks in a 6A Region IV District 28 test on Friday, October 10. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 5-0. Harlan won 45-7 in their recent league test against Marshall (San Antonio, TX)
