Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Chaparral improves its record to 13-1 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO) to face the Huskies in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. The Huskies go into the test with a record of 0-2.
The Bruins now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arapahoe for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 8. Cherry Creek will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.
