California High School Flag Football - Huntington Beach defeats Marshall

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Huntington Beach Oilers flag football team scored a nice 23-0 win over the Marshall Barristers.

With the win, Huntington Beach advances its record to 19-1 on the season. The Oilers host Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA) to play the Griffins in a Sunset battle on Monday, October 6. The Griffins go into the battle with a record of 6-8. Los Alamitos lost 19-14 in their recent league battle against Fountain Valley (Fountain Valley, CA)

The Barristers now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Roybal for a Northern battle on Monday, October 6. Marshall will play a Titans team coming off a 22-13 league win over Mendez (Los Angeles, CA). The Titans record now stands at 2-2.
