Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) and the visiting Carson Colts (Carson, CA), observed Peninsula's volleyball team top Carson by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Peninsula improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Panthers host Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA) to face the Wolves in a test on Thursday, October 9. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 9-10.

The Colts now own a 15-10 record. They play next when they travel to San Pedro for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4.
