The Mid-Carolina Rebels (Prosperity, SC) volleyball held off the host Pelion Panthers (Pelion, SC), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 15-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lexington for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 4. Mid-Carolina will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league win over Irmo (Columbia, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-2.
With the loss, Pelion drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Saluda (Saluda, SC) to confront the Tigers in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 7. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 1-0.
