Bethlehem Central Eagles (Delmar, NY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans (Burnt Hills, NY), 5-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Bethlehem Central moves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Shaker (Latham, NY) to meet the Bison in a Suburban Council- Blue test on Tuesday, October 7. The Bison come into the test with a record of 11-0. Shaker won 3-0 in their recent league test against Christian Brothers Academy (Albany, NY)

The Spartans now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ballston Spa for a Suburban Council- Gray outing on Tuesday, October 7. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake will confront a Scotties squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Columbia (East Greenbush, NY). The Scotties record now stands at 3-8.
