The Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA) softball routed the host Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA), 9-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Indians now sport a 15-9 record. They take the field next when they host Ridgeland for a non-league test on Monday, October 6. Armuchee will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 9-8 league win over Gilmer (Ellijay, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 11-14.

The Dragons (3-18) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Zion (Mt. Zion, GA). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 13-9 record. In their last test, Mt. Zion prevailed over Bowdon (Bowdon, GA), 10-3, in a league test.
