Colorado High School Softball - Pomona bested by Green Mountain

The Green Mountain Rams triumphed over the visiting Pomona Panthers softball squad by a count of 16-1 in Saturday's league challenge.

Coming up next, the Rams confront the Conifer Lobos (Conifer, CO) in a 4A Jeffco battle, on Monday, October 6. Green Mountain will attempt to move on its 12-8 season record. The Lobos come into the battle with a 1-13 record after their 10-2 league loss to Wheat Ridge (Wheat Ridge, CO).

With the loss, Pomona moves to 2-15 on the season. The Panthers travel to D'Evelyn (Denver, CO) to confront the Jaguars in a 4A Jeffco battle on Monday, October 6. The Jaguars come into the battle with a record of 17-3. D'Evelyn won 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Vista PEAK Prep (Aurora, CO)
