Northwest Grizzlies (Wichita, KS) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Andover Central Jaguars (Andover, KS), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Northwest improves its record to 15-6 on the season. The Grizzlies host Heights (Wichita, KS) to face the Falcons in a Greater Wichita test on Tuesday, October 7. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 8-16. Heights won 2-0 in their recent league test against Southeast (Wichita, KS)

Next, the Jaguars meet the Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders (Wichita, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Andover Central will attempt to upgrade on its 20-10 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 15-9 record after their 2-0 league loss to Bishop Carroll (Wichita, KS).
