Michigan High School Volleyball - Notre Dame Prep over Birch Run

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Birch Run Panthers.
The Fighting Irish (23-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI). The Fighting Irish enter the non-league test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Gabriel Richard was defeated by St. Catherine of Siena Academy (Wixom, MI), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 23-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chesaning for a Mid-Michigan Athletic test on Tuesday, October 7. Birch Run will face a Indians squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Marlette (Marlette, MI). The Indians record now stands at 5-8.
