Texas High School Volleyball - Bryson overwhelmed by Newcastle

The Newcastle Bobcats topped the visiting Bryson Cowboys volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Saturday's league outing.
The Bobcats now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Garner for a 1A Region II District 11 outing on Tuesday, October 7. Newcastle will play a Longhorns team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Perrin-Whitt (Perrin, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 8-13.
With the loss, Bryson drops to 13-15 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Perrin-Whitt (Perrin, TX) to play the Pirates in a 1A Region II District 11 outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Pirates come into the outing with a record of 24-11. Perrin-Whitt won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Garner (Weatherford, TX)
