Michigan High School Volleyball - Churchill can't get by Okemos

The Okemos Wolves edged the host Churchill Chargers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Wolves play the Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 4. Okemos will attempt to better on its 9-12 season record. The Bobcats enter the game with a 6-14 record after their 3-1 league win over Powers Catholic (Flint, MI).

The Chargers (4-8) will now prepare for their game against South Lyon (South Lyon, MI). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 21-5 record. In their last game, South Lyon held off Kettering (Waterford, MI), 3-0, in a league game.
