In Saturday's league challenge, the host Wellpinit Redskins volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Cusick Panthers.

With the win, Wellpinit improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Redskins host Almira-Coulee-Hartline (Coulee City, WA) to face the Warriors in a 1B Northeast test on Tuesday, October 7. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 8-2. Almira-Coulee-Hartline won 3-0 in their recent league test against Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame (Spokane, WA)

The Panthers now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Inchelium for a 1B Northeast test on Tuesday, October 7. Cusick will meet a Hornets team coming off a 4-1 league win over Columbia (Hunters, WA). The Hornets record now stands at 1-8.
