The Irish go into the battle with a record of 14-3. Sheldon won 3-1 in their recent league battle against North Medford (Medford, OR)

The Miners now own a 14-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Valley for a Northern contest on Tuesday, October 7. Yreka will meet a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to University Prep (Redding, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-24.
