Kentucky High School Volleyball - Lexington Catholic edged by McCracken County

The Lexington Catholic Knights volleyball squad (Lexington, KY), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host McCracken County Mustangs (Paducah, KY)

With the win, McCracken County improves its record to 20-6 on the season. The Mustangs host Community Christian (Paducah, KY) to encounter the Warriors in a District 2 battle on Tuesday, October 14. The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 6-18. Community Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY)

Next, the Knights meet the Paul Laurence Dunbar Bulldogs (Lexington, KY) in a District 43 contest, on Tuesday, October 7. Lexington Catholic will attempt to move on its 24-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 15-15 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to North Oldham (Goshen, KY).
